What was the highlight of Hotel Patio de La Alameda
Very Good
Beautiful place, very original, you would never believe to find something like that when looking at the building's facade. Very clean rooms with excellent bedding and mattress, AC was also working flawless and we had a full size hot tub, can't fault any of that. There is a great terrace bar working from 8pm onwards (no mosquito bites!), with a very friendly person behind the counter, didn't get his name but we appreciate how friendly he was and the kind words in the end. Staff is very friendly, special thanks to Maria for the time taken to answer some queries, always with a smile.
Noise isolation from upper level is non existent, we could head the flip flops rubber from another customer sticking to the floor when walking in the middle of the night. No restaurant as stated, but to us the deal-breaker was the breakfast rate at 12€ per person. 50€ for 2 adults + 2 children is just too much but beware that you'll have a hard time finding continental breakfast in the vacinities!

Good location for walking to city centre.
We liked the location, lovely staff, easy access to tapas bars. Pretty building and beautiful inner courtyards. Very good breakfast Free parking over the river
